In preparing your presentation, which so effectively balanced local context with standard protocols, I was curious about the adaptation process. Approximately how much of the original content did you find neccessary to add or modify to ensure it resonated withthe local landscape?

As a NIH, do you have experience on distributing reference bacteria (ATCC Bacteria for example) that your regional lab might need for QC Procedure? if you do have, how do you manage for Biosecurity aspect?
