RPHL Network Secretariat welcomed a group of experts from KDCA, Republic of Korea (ROK) to exchange views on possible collaboration on capacity building for Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response in ASEAN.
The event highlighted:
Identifying the opportunities for further collaboration
Sharing the goals of both parties including the ASEAN – ROK Cooperation project and [draft] of the 3-year Strategic Work Plan of RPHL Network
Visiting the National Laboratories including BIOSAFETY Level 2 and level 3 laboratories and Training Center for Excellence in Medical Sciences (TEMs)
On this occasion, both sides welcomed further cooperation, focusing on capacity building as well as utilizing the training center for capacity building on the laboratory in ASEAN.
